Client Service Representative (CSR) - Commercial Insurance

A well-established independent family-owned insurance agency with deep roots in New Jersey is seeking a skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join its growing commercial team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong servicing background, ready to support the commercial account managers and clients in securing tailored coverage solutions.

Role Overview:

As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the commercial team with essential processing tasks. You’ll play a central role by managing the back office and maintaining system integrity—all while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ID Cards, Certificates of Insurance, and Evidence of Property Insurance
  • Monitor and follow up on Direct Notices of Cancellation (DNOCs) 
  • Assist with Quoting 
  • Support Billing by preparing invoices, following up on payments, and responding to inquiries 
  • Process Endorsement Requests 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-upsShape

Qualifications:

 

  • Prior experience in commercial insurance processing and account servicing 
  • Familiarity with AMS360 and ImageRight systems preferred 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
