Plaintiff Class Action Employment Attorney

Position: Plaintiff-Side Class Action Employment Attorney
Location: Fully Remote Or Hybrid in Seattle, WA

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Class Action Employment Attorney to join a dynamic, mission-focused plaintiff-side firm dedicated to protecting workers’ rights. In this role, you will be working with complex employment law matters on behalf of class action plaintiffs, with a primary focus on California wage and hour disputes, PAGA actions, and related representative claims. You will work closely with a collaborative team, contribute to strategy development, and play a critical role in advancing impactful cases that promote fairness in the workplace.

 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employment law cases on behalf of class action plaintiffs for wage & hour disputes, PAGA claims
  • Handle all aspects of litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation or trial
  • Represent clients in complex class and representative actions involving labor code violations, unpaid wages, misclassification, and meal/rest break issues.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated attorneys and legal professionals to advance clients’ rights and achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and co-counsel, and manage a caseload effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in employment class action litigation, PAGA, wage & hour or related practices
  • Strong litigation skills, including experience handling discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
  • Exceptional legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a complex caseload and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Admission to the Washington State Bar and in good standing.
  • ABA Accredited law school preferred.
