We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to provide strategic leadership and executive oversight for large-scale construction projects. The Project Executive will serve as the senior point of contact for clients, ensure alignment with company goals, and support project teams in delivering safe, on-time, and profitable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level leadership and direction across multiple projects or major complex projects.
- Act as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee project performance, including schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
- Mentor and support project managers and senior staff, promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Review and approve major contracts, expenditures, and change orders.
- Monitor project financials to ensure profitability and compliance with company objectives.
- Partner with business development teams to pursue new opportunities and support proposal efforts.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, with proven success on large or complex projects.
- Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
- Deep understanding of construction contracts, financials, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (degree preferred not required).
