Job Description: As a General Dentist at our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with a dedicated team of hygienists, assistants, and office staff, using the latest technology to ensure high-quality treatment and positive patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive care
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options
- Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their treatment
- Work closely with the dental team to provide efficient, effective, and compassionate care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active, valid Wisconsin dental license (or in process of obtaining)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in general dentistry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with digital radiography and electronic health records (EMR) is a plus
