This firm has been consistently recognized as "Best Law Firm" year after year and is home to numerous "Super Lawyers." Clients at this firm range anywhere from Fortune 250 companies to mom-and-pop shops. They represent engineers, resorts, financial institutions, developers and much more.

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of litigation experience preferably in premises liability, personal injury, general liability, etc.
• Independently manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including premises liability, bodily injury, and general liability claims 
• Handle all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial
• Conduct depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trials
• Collaborate closely with senior partners, clients, and support staff on case strategy and resolution
• Licensed in California
