Restoration Contents Manager in Panama City

A top restoration company is looking for a Contents Division Manager. 

The ideal candidate will have Contents and Restoration background.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role over contents cleaning and restoration working on both residential and commercial projects.

· Minimum of 2 year of experience working directly with clients and adjusters.

· Experience cleaning contents impacted by fire, smoke, water, and microbial growth, and knowledge of best practices for each category of loss.

· Experience scoping and estimating contents projects for timelines.

· Experience & ability operating technology; computers, smart phones, tablets, project management software. Preference will be given to those with experience in Xactimate, Encircle, and any CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of content technicians
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
• Oversee the daily operations of the department, including job management, workflow efficiency, and team performance.
• Identify and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Train, mentor, and develop staff to enhance performance and job satisfaction.
